The Ambassador range of dual motor riser recliners incorporates the unique MaxiComfort technology. This revolutionary movement allows an infinite range of positioning at the touch of a button whilst providing pressure relief at a “zero gravity” position.
With such superb positioning, the Ambassador helps to minimise stress on the heart, reduce muscle fatigue, improves circulation and encourages the body to adopt a neutral position where pressure can be relieved and disc compression in the back is greatly reduced or eliminated.
The rise recline motion is smooth and quiet. The back and legrest can operate independently and if the legrest is raised on its own the seat base will tilt slightly to help maintain the correct seated position. The sense of weightlessness promotes a feeling of well being and encourages total relaxation.
The chair comes in three sizes all with a waterfall-style winged back that provides the ultimate in comfort. It can be upholstered in a choice of two fabrics, a traditional soft-weave, Diamond and a unique, luxury faux-leather, Brisa.
Brisa has significant advantages over leather, its unique climate control technology resists temperature change and allows the material to breathe, keeping you comfortable at all times. Remarkably it is water-resistant, highly durable, stain and scratch resistant.
An easy to use hand control, a useful storage pocket, headrest and armrest covers for added durability and a battery back-up system to bring the chair to a seated position in the event of a power loss are all features of the Ambassador range. In addition there is a lifetime warranty on the sub-frame of the chair (excluding scissor mechanism) and a full one years cover on all parts and labour.
