Why attend a SensoryPlus Awareness Day? 

• To gain an understanding of the range of sensory products available;
• Understand the different applications of multi-sensory;
• Examine the different types of multi-sensory environments and the individuals that can benefit;
• Provide an opportunity for those attending to network with like-minded individuals, share experiences, evolve ideas and discover alternative approaches to sensory environments.

We invite independent guest speakers to the day to provide an insight into their particular experiences and work within the field of multi-sensory. The last SensoryPlus Awareness Days were attended by Richard Hirstwood of Hirstwood Training, who provided a colourful and enthusiastic introduction to multi-sensory, whilst Suzanne Little of Meldreth Manor School (SCOPE) discussed the application of multi-sensory, Judy Denziloe of AFL Training provided an insightful, practical approach to sensory play and learning and Lorraine MacAlister of the National Autistic Society gave an introduction to Autism Spectrum Disorders.
